Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Once shipped, your order will arrive within 3-5 business days.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, allowing you to monitor your delivery progress.
Your coffee is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We use protective materials to safeguard against damage during transit, and our packaging is designed to preserve the freshness and quality of your coffee.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.
Email us at contact@aviatorscoffee.ch with your order number and reason for return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
